Right of withdrawal & voluntary 30-day return policy
Statutory right of withdrawal according to §§ 355 et seq. BGB (German Civil Code) and supplementary voluntary 30-day return policy.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form attached at the end of this page for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Return of goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Return costs
In the event of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered goods, we will cover the return costs in full.
Compensation for value loss
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
According to § 312g Abs. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to opened, used, or tested cosmetic and care products such as creams, serums, lotions, oils, or masks;
- goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs.
Unopened and original sealed products can be returned within the 30-day withdrawal period, provided that the goods are in a resalable condition and the original seal is undamaged and intact.
